At Big Frog Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
